So I'm guessing you're here because you want to know more about the person behind this platform - so here's a bit of background...
I am an architect, designer, and brand and business innovation strategist.

I have always been a food enthusiast - I mostly enjoyed just eating the food but I always had a thing for baking. To be honest, it kind of runs in the family. I have also recently acquired a certification in natural culinary arts, which brings together my love for design, food, and photography.

Now back to what brought me here - after discovering my intolerances, I realized that the only way to power through this bump is to start making my own food, especially since not only was it hard to find ingredients, but also most gluten and dairy free products were made with processed ingredients - or corn, to which I am also highly intolerant.

That's when I started the Instagram account, Bë.Root and started sharing my journey. A thousand cookbooks and failed cakes later, I discovered that I was starting to turn my favourite traditional recipes into ones I, and others who share the same conditions, could enjoy without guilt or pain. Cooking became my happy place - I found proving to people that clean food is worth trying and actually tastes better than you could even imagine. And in fact, I was thrilled to be able to share my creations with the world after participating in local organic markets.

After graduating from London with a Master's in Brand and Business Innovation, I decided to come back home and share my passion to help others. I was lucky enough to have been part of the amazing local community that shares the same love for healthy natural ingredients. Putting all the efforts in one platform seemed like the perfect way to help those individuals and give exposure to local talent, producers and entrepreneurs. My aim is to expand this community through this platform and make the journey towards this lifestyle an easier and more accessible one.
